About Us
Locally owned, locally staffed, and still here when something needs looking at in year six.
Who We Are
We started in 2009 doing residential tear-offs in the older parts of town and grew into commercial membrane work across the city. Our crews live here. Our kids go to school here. That is not a marketing line — it is the reason we answer the phone in year six when a job we did needs a second look.
Every estimate is delivered by somebody who was physically on the property. Nothing gets quoted from a satellite photo, and nothing gets handed to a subcontractor we have never worked with.

How We Work
Four things we do on every job, whether it is a two-hour visit or a full week on site.
Look First
Attic and surface both, photographed, before anyone talks about price.
Put It In Writing
Materials, quantities, allowances and warranty terms itemized. No lump sums.
Show Our Paperwork
Insurance certificates handed over before work starts, not after you ask twice.
Stay Reachable
Same number, same people, same town. We are not gone after the deposit clears.
What We Will Not Do
- Knock on doors after a storm or ask you to sign anything on your porch
- Absorb, rebate or discount your insurance deductible — it is illegal in Texas
- Act as a public adjuster on a claim we are bidding
- Quote a full replacement when the problem is one detail
Worth Knowing
Texas does not license this trade at the state level. Anyone with a truck and a ladder can print a business card here. When you compare bids, compare insurance certificates and written scopes — not just the number at the bottom.
